Duties : Cook ( $15 per hour ) – Prepares seasons, and cooks soups, meats, vegetables and other foodstuffs for consumption.

DUTIES
– Production/ cooking of salads, soups, sauces, meats etc… in compliance with applicable recipes and guidelines.
– Maintain proper sanitation practices as per state and company guidelines/ training.
– Responsible for proper rotation when using food items to complete tasks that are assigned.
– Comply with proper safety regulations and practices.
– Maintain sanitary workstation and surrounding areas.
– Maintains personal appearance and hygiene – clean uniform and hair restraint.
– Maintains a team atmosphere and courteous to all internal and external customers.
– Ensures first ticket in is first ticket out in a la carte production.
– Attends mandatory training/ information classes or meetings.
– Complete opening/ running/ closing duties as assigned.
– Performs all essential functions for a la carte production including sauces, rice, potatoes and follows procedures and recipes therein.
– Must attend and complete mandatory company/ State required training.
– While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The team member frequently is required to walk, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear and taste or smell. The team member is occasionally required to sit, climb or bal-ance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl. The team member must frequently lift and/ or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 50 pounds.

Hours: Average 32 per week
Overtime: Might be available, not guaranteed.
Frequency of pay: Pay is every two weeks
Attention: First paycheck – it may take up to 3 weeks depending on the time of arrival.
Work schedule: Rotating — must be available to work late, during weekend and holidays.

On site transportation: Transportation to and from primary job is provided and is included in rent cost.
Arrival procedures: Students must arrive in Branson , Missouri, between the hours of 9am and 9pm. Students mustarrange their own transportation from the airport – taxi/shuttle/ride share. If student arrives outside of designated hours they must book a room in a local hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This job placement has an additional of $70 added to the placement fee due to the field expenses.
